TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the law of Singapore. Any aspects that are not covered by these Terms and Conditions are subject to the law of Singapore.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be posted here and copyrighted to Home First (S) Pte Ltd. Continual use of our website will be deemed to constitute an acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

PAYMENT

All purchases must be paid in full before delivery can be scheduled.
These are the following modes of payment for online purchases:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Credit Card/ Debit Card (VISA/Master/AMEX)

  • PAYNOW

 

These are the following modes of payment for in-store purchases:

  • Cash

  • NETS

  • Credit Card/ Debit Card (VISA/Master/AMEX)

  • PAYNOW

DELIVERY

Free delivery is only applicable for orders S$180 and above, to one local address on mainland Singapore only. We currently do not deliver outside mainland Singapore.

Orders below S$180 will be subjected to a delivery charge of S$10 or $20 depending on the mode of delivery.

In the event that the goods cannot be delivered on your preferred delivery date and/or time slot due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified at our earliest convenience. Home First (S) Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the delivery timings should such circumstances arise.

ACCEPTANCE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Customers accept and acknowledge that they are fully informed of the following:

 

Upon delivery, you must sign to agree that the items have been received in good condition and that your order is complete. Should there be any damages or defects upon delivery, you must notify the delivery team immediately. You have the right to reject the damaged or defective items upon delivery (except for clearance, display piece, and free gifts) at no charge if the claim is valid. We will contact you within 3 working days for further action. Once the delivery order is signed with no discrepancies, it is deemed that the order is accepted by you in good condition. Any claim made after the delivery team has left your premise will not be entertained.

Should there be discrepancies with your items, we aim to have the item available at the earliest available date. In the event an exchange cannot be made, Home First (S) Pte Ltd reserves the right to offer a substitute or refund.

All product dimensions provided are approximate. While we have tried to provide the best images and descriptions possible, we do not guarantee that details in website images are 100% accurate representations of the products. Hence, we strongly recommend that you visit our showroom to view the actual display. Please contact us before ordering if there are any doubts or queries regarding the item.

RETURN POLICY

Defective items must be reported to Home First (S) Pte Ltd within 7 working days upon delivery. Any claim after 7 working days will not be entertained.

LIMITS TO CUSTOMER CLAIMS
All customer claims are strictly limited to, and shall not exceed, the price of the purchased item(s) in question. We will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage whatsoever that may occur through the misuse, alteration or faulty assembly of any of our products.
